Our platform provides AI-powered RFQ (Request for Quotation) processing software designed for valve manufacturers, suppliers, and EPC companies operating primarily in the GCC region.

When you use the ValveIQ platform to process RFQ documents, we may collect and temporarily process:

• Metadata associated with uploaded files (file name, size, upload timestamp)

Uploaded RFQ documents are processed to provide the core service and are not used for any purpose other than delivering your analysis results. Documents are retained only for as long as necessary to complete processing and for a reasonable period to allow you to access your results, unless you request earlier deletion.

3.3 Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our website or use our platform, including:

• Platform account and RFQ data: Retained for the duration of your use of the platform plus a reasonable period (typically 12 months) for account closure, unless a longer period is required by law
• Uploaded RFQ documents: Deleted after processing is complete and results have been delivered, unless you explicitly request longer storage
• Analytics data: Retained in aggregate, anonymised form per Google Analytics default retention settings (26 months unless adjusted)
• Marketing opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to honour your preferences

10. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
